These terms apply when you use chassisworth.com or order a report. Chassisworth is operated by Flash Wireless LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, doing business as Chassisworth ("we", "us"). By ordering a report you agree to these terms, our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy.

1. What we provide

Chassisworth offers AI-assisted due-diligence reports on collector, classic and auction cars: a free VIN check, a Buyer Report (for buyers or sellers, currently $39), and Deep Verification (about $249, coming soon). Prices are shown when you order and may change.

2. AI can make mistakes

Reports are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and reviewed research. AI tools can misread, misstate or miss information. We cite sources and flag what we couldn't confirm, but a report can still contain errors or omissions.

3. Information only, not advice

A report is general information and opinion. It is not legal, financial, investment or purchasing advice, and it does not create any professional or advisory relationship.

4. Not an appraisal, inspection or guarantee

A report is not a certified appraisal, a mechanical or physical inspection, a title search, or a guarantee of a car's history, authenticity, ownership, mileage or condition. Any value given is an opinion of market value based on the information available at the time.

5. Third-party and customer data

Reports rely on information from third parties (such as auction results, listings, registries, decoders and public records) and on what you and the seller provide. We don't control those sources and can't guarantee they are accurate, complete or current.

6. Your decision, and get an inspection

Whether to buy, sell, bid or set a price is entirely your decision. Before buying any car, have a qualified, independent inspector examine it in person, and verify title and documents yourself.

7. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, and only upload photos and documents you have the right to share. Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.

8. Payments

Paid reports are charged through Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Promo or beta codes are subject to their own limits and can be withdrawn at any time.

9. Refunds

Full refund if we miss. You get a full refund if your paid report is not delivered within 2 business days of your order, or if the report covers the wrong vehicle (the wrong VIN or the wrong car).

Factual errors: correction first. If you tell us about a factual error in your report, we will first offer a free, corrected report within 2 business days. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a full refund.

Not refundable. We don't give refunds for disagreeing with the valuation or our opinion, for changes in the market after the report, or for a change of mind.

How to ask. Email info@chassisworth.com within 7 days of delivery (or, for a late report, within 7 days of the order) with your reference ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Free and promo reports. Free reports, including the free VIN check and reports made free with a promo or beta code (such as 50FREE), are not refundable because nothing was charged. We'll still correct factual errors where we can.

10. Provided as-is; no warranties

The site and reports are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report (which is $0 for free and promo reports). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including the price paid for a car, lost profits, or repair costs. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Use of reports

Your report is for your own use. Sellers may share their report with prospective buyers in full and unaltered. Please don't resell reports or present them as an appraisal.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please email us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Either side may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Otherwise, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
