Chassisworth is operated by Flash Wireless LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use chassisworth.com or order a report, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Car details: VIN or chassis number, engine and tag numbers, year, make, model, and the car's location.
- Listing details: the listing link, pasted listing text, asking price and claims about the car.
- Photos and documents you upload.
- Order details: report tier, whether you are the buyer or seller, any promo code, your agreement to our terms and when you gave it, and payment status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Basic technical data sent with your order, such as your browser type and approximate country.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your report, email you about your order, process payment, handle corrections and refunds, prevent abuse, and improve our reports. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to that.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business:
- Stripe for payments.
- Vercel for hosting the website and storing orders and uploads.
- Google (Google Drive) for storing order files and preparing reports.
- Microsoft for our email.
We use AI tools to help research and write reports, and we may look up your car's details (like the VIN or listing) on public and third-party sources. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order information and uploads for as long as needed to deliver your report and handle questions, corrections and refunds, and as needed for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Deletion and access
To see, correct or delete your information, email info@chassisworth.com with your reference ID if you have one. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and may keep payment records the law requires us to keep.
Cookies and analytics
We keep this minimal. We don't use advertising cookies. The site and our providers may use essential cookies or basic, aggregated traffic statistics to keep the site working and understand how it's used. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.
Children
Chassisworth is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update.
